The Premier Hotel Tainan, Tainan

I stayed on the 7th floor at this hotel. The rooms are old and large, but the TV is small, and the air conditioning doesn't work. However, they are filled with niceties and an abundance of bathroom amenities. The service was really nice and helpful, but the English skills were lacking a bit. The location is in the center of Tainan City, ideal for exploring key historical sites. The dining experience was just ok, with some Chinese vegetables for breakfast.
